SNA-certified

Finest People is officially SNA-certified! This certification means we meet all requirements set by Stichting Normering Arbeid and work according to the highest standards of reliability, transparency, and compliance with laws and regulations.

The SNA certification is only awarded to organisations that demonstrably handle matters such as wage payment, tax payment, and identity checks with care. It is a recognition we are proud of, as it confirms that we have everything properly arranged not only for our clients and candidates, but also from contracts and payroll to compliance.

At Finest People, we believe trust is the foundation of every partnership. With the SNA certification, we show that we live up to that promise every single day.

Personal development

The core purpose of Finest People is development. That is why we ask new colleagues, from the moment they join, to think about 50 personal goals they want to achieve in life. This encourages them to think about their future and how they want to grow, both personally and professionally. We start working on these goals from day one, helping new colleagues quickly embrace the mindset and way of working that define Finest People.

A flying start

Before their first day, we share our digital handbook with new colleagues so they can already get familiar with how things work at Finest People. By the time day one arrives, the entire team is aware of their arrival, and their workspace, MacBook or Windows laptop is fully prepared and ready to go.

Every new colleague is also connected to a buddy team from the start. This means there is always someone available to help, answer questions and provide support throughout the onboarding process.

In addition, every new colleague receives a welcome package with Finest People merchandise, and we make sure their first two weeks are well structured. This includes one-on-one introductions with colleagues, training sessions and the first steps towards becoming successful in recruitment.

This approach helps new colleagues get to know the team, the company and the industry step by step. We take the time to do this because we believe it is important that everyone feels at home from day one.

During these one-on-one introductions, we often take a walk through Vondelpark, visit the Ten Katemarkt, or grab a coffee together at the office. By doing so, we make sure our new colleagues have everything they need and get off to a flying start.

#5 Best Place to Work in the Netherlands!

What a day! On June 2, Great Place to Work Netherlands announced the best employers in the Netherlands for 2023. Thanks to the outstanding scores from our team on topics such as trust, pride and enjoyment at work, Finest People achieved a 5th-place ranking in the Small category!

Growth path

We have developed a clear growth framework that outlines what is required to progress from a specific role all the way to a director position within Finest People. It provides transparency around promotion opportunities, expectations and the timelines we apply throughout the organisation.

In addition, Finest People has its own in-house trainer who delivers live training sessions and creates training videos for our proprietary e-learning platform. This gives every new colleague easy access to the tools, knowledge and support needed for continuous development.
