During our first meeting, we discuss your background, ambitions, and motivation. We also tell you more about Finest People, the role, and the way we work.
You complete a DISC assessment so we can gain a better understanding of your communication style, drivers, and way of working. This helps us determine whether there is a strong match on both sides.
During the case, you step into the role of a recruiter. This gives you a realistic view of the work, while allowing us to see how you communicate, think, and act in practice.
