Meet Umut Yasar, founder of Finest People.

In his early career, Umut was a driven recruiter at a publicly listed organisation. While the company delivered strong results, its approach to recruitment never felt quite right to him. He believed there was a better way.

Seeing a gap in the market, Umut founded Finest People in 2010. From day one, he focused on connecting highly educated and experienced sales and marketing professionals within the digital media and online industries.

Umut believes in building long-term relationships with all stakeholders. That means not only clients and candidates, but also the people within his own organisation. The emphasis on personal development, trust, and intrinsic motivation has helped establish Finest People as a unique and respected player within the digital recruitment market.

“I had been working in recruitment for years. First at a large publicly listed company and later at a smaller agency. Along the way, I noticed that the market was ready for a different approach. When I started the business, my goal was to make recruitment as personal as possible.
