Responsibilities

The organisation is looking for a Data Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will use data and business insights to understand marketplace performance, evaluate pricing and growth opportunities, and help turn analysis into action. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and executional ownership to deliver growth and efficiency. Additionally, this role will engage in other Marketplace and Rider initiatives to support the team’s growth priorities.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze real-time and historical data to assess market trends, track competitor moves, and identify opportunities to optimize your new employer’s performance
  • Devise, project manage, and execute marketplace, pricing, and product strategies to support business growth
  • Continuously improve and execute on our recurring pricing cadence and processes, looking for efficiency and optimization opportunities
  • Investigate and resolve operational challenges by conducting deep dives and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Demands

  • Analytical: You can interpret data, connect it to real-world implications, and make clear recommendations. You’re comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets and can pull data with SQL.
  • Action-focused: You want to work in a fast paced environment where your work will be focused on taking action and delivering tangible impact to the business
  • Problem solving: You like to solve problems – you can break down problems in a structured manner and use data-backed insights and critical thinking to solve them
  • Structured and organized: You are a structured thinker, with a keen eye and attention to detail, and it shows in your work
  • Project management: You enjoy working on a variety of topics and are capable of project managing and moving multiple activities forward
  • You are fluent in English, both in written and verbal communications
  • Growth mindset: You are a proactive learner with a “can-do” attitude – you want to pick up new skills and knowledge and want to develop expertise on topics within the team
  • Business acumen: You can prioritize effectively, recognize when business needs shift, and pivot quickly in response
  • Collaboration: You can collaborate and coordinate well with a mix of cross-functional teams to move projects forward
  • Technical: Proficiency in Python or R for analysis / visualization a plus
  • Language: Professional fluency in one of our region’s local languages: Dutch, Swedish, French, Finnish, Norwegian

Compensation

  • Salary up to €53K per year, but this is depending on your experience
