  • Dedicated Search
    For when you need to fill a role immediately and have clear hiring criteria. You pay a startup fee upfront, which is deducted from the total fee upon a successful placement. This means you never pay more than you would with a Basic Search.
    Dedicated Search is more intensive than Basic Search and feels more like a partnership.
